After a thousand mile tow of Clidive Yellow, we’re diving in the South of France. We’ve got two flats overlooking the sea in the small town of La Tour Fondue, near Hyeres. We’ve got a mooring at a pretty nearby port. And we’ve got 20+ degree water, packed full of fishes and wrecks, with 30m viz. What’s not to like? As a post-dive pick-me-up, we’ve even strapped a box of rose onto the bottle rack.
Yesterday, we managed to squeeze in three dives, 50m on the Donator wreck (or 35m for those people who don’t like hanging off a shotline for hours), followed by another 50m dip on Le Grec wreck, then big shoals of barracuda and lots of grouper on La Gabiniere.
Vive la France!
