Today we stopped for lunch at the outdoor centre on Frioul. It’s like the Mountbatten Centre in Plymouth, save that it has good food and the sun shines. We enjoyed an excellent moules frites, a couple of bottles of wine, salads, cheese and dessert.
After a quick nap, John emerged ready for action in his gimp suit. We dived at the stunning Les Farillions, a fish and arch filled wall only 10 minutes by boat from the Porte Pointe Rouge.
